The staff presented a friendly face upon arrival, it was a nice start. The provided parking was free, a great perk. I found guest laundry facilities available, handy. The pizza shop next door was fantastic, offering a delicious and convenient dining option.
The walls seemed thin, this meant sounds traveled easily between rooms.

The location was adequate. It allowed easy access to public transport.
The customer service at check-in was unacceptable. The receptionist carried on a personal call and did not acknowledge me. I was not directed to my room correctly and had to search for it. The bathroom featured a ripped tub mat and a timed light. The heater cycled on and off constantly, disturbing sleep. Parking had a daily fee.

i found the staff super friendly and helpful. they gave us great information about the area around the hotel which i liked. the room was very clean, and that shower water? hot! i appreciated that, you know? plus, that location is a win.
man, that parking charge of $25 felt kinda steep. i mean, lots of spots were open and all. the bathroom had a ripped mat for the tub, a real eyesore. the heater keep going on and off, every few mins and that really annoyed me when i try to sleep.
